After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via Call / e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

A: We offer standard delivery across Pakistan. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take a little longer, and we’ll keep you updated if any delays occur.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (please refer to our website for current thresholds). For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply, which you’ll see at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, contact us at support@royalcollection.pk with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return and verify the item’s condition. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
